After a decade in hairdressing, I saw how exhausting the constant cycle of colouring could be. Clients were chasing results that faded too quickly, leaving them frustrated and burnt out.That’s why I specialise in Grey Blending—a personalised, multi-tonal approach that works with your natural colouring. Consultation fees are non-refundable, but are credited towards your first grey blending appointment.

Terms & Conditions

Consultation Fee
Consultation fees are payable in full at the time of booking. These fees are non-refundable but can be redeemed against grey blending services.
Consultations are conducted virtually unless otherwise agreed.


Colourstart Allergy Testing
All allergy testing is completed via Colourstart, a system that allows clients to test safely at home. This one-off test costs £15.Instructions for setting up your account and ordering your test will be provided. It is the client’s responsibility to complete all steps before any colouring service. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled, with standard cancellation fees applied.


Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments (excluding consultations, as outlined above). This includes a non-refundable £5 administration fee.


Cancellation & Rescheduling
Deposits are transferable or refundable (minus the £5 admin fee) if at least 72 hours’ notice is given before your scheduled appointment.If less notice is provided and the appointment cannot be resold, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.


Lateness
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened. In this case, the full original appointment value remains payable.
