Grey Blending Transformation

Consultation Fee

The consultation fee of £150 is non-refundable under any circumstances. However, it will be deducted from the total transformation investment when paying in full.

This fee covers a 60-minute consultation during which I will assess your hair, discuss your expectations, lifestyle, and preferences, and develop a bespoke grey blending plan.

Transformations & Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full before the transformation starts or according to the agreed instalment plan. Any missed payments will result in cancellation of future appointments and forfeiture of previous payments.

Cooling-Off Period

You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date your first or full payment is made. If you cancel during this time, a full refund will be issued, minus any reasonable administrative fees or costs already incurred for prep work.

Cancellations Within One Month of Your First Appointment

If you cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period but within one month of your first scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of £1000 will apply, along with any applicable processing fees.

Cancellations Once the Transformation Has Begun

Once your transformation has started — meaning your first in-salon session has been completed — no refunds will be given.

Dyeing Your Hair During the Process

To protect the integrity of your results, dyeing your hair at home or with another stylist during the transformation (without prior consultation) will result in the termination of your agreement, with no refund given.

Inclusions.

Your personalised journey may include:

  • Bespoke colour services

  • Smoothing treatments (if suitable)

  • All professional products used throughout the process

The number, frequency, and type of appointments will be carefully tailored to you and adjusted as your hair responds to the process. I will use my professional judgement at each stage to ensure the best possible outcome.

Transformation Journey

The transformation typically takes place over 3-6 months. Each transformation is carefully designed to suit your hair, lifestyle, and personal goals. At your first appointment, we will agree on the transformation plan and the desired outcome.

Please note that major changes mid-way through the process—for example, significantly altering the colour direction—may void this agreement, and no refunds will be issued in these cases.

To maintain your results, maintenance appointments are recommended every 3-5 months after your transformation.

Hair Condition.

Your hair’s condition is crucial. If it is compromised by prior bleaching, heat, or chemical damage, the transformation may be paused. Colour will not be applied if your hair is not in a healthy state. Clients may be advised to carry out restoration treatments before beginning. Severely damaged hair may limit the achievable results. Integrity of your hair will always be the top priority.

Use of Photo's and Video.

Photos/videos will be taken during your appointments to ensure continuity. These may be used for marketing purposes with your consent.

Liability. 

Neither party will be held liable for delays or interruptions to the transformation journey caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Illness or hospitalisation

  • Technical issues

 In such cases, every effort will be made to pause and reschedule the service at a mutually appropriate time once circumstances allow.

Please note: I cannot be held responsible for delays or missed appointments due to changes in your contact details that have not been communicated.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Follow the patch test procedure

  • Disclose medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities

 Failure to do so releases me from liability if issues arise during services.

GDPR.

In accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), any personal data you share with me—including contact details, consultation notes, and photos/videos—will be handled with strict confidentiality and used only for the purposes outlined in this agreement.

Your data will be:

  • Stored securely in password-protected systems.

  • Used only for the delivery of agreed services and marketing (if consented).

  • Not shared with third parties unless legally required or with your explicit consent.

  • Retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the service or meet legal obligations.

You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time. To do so, please email info@hairgaljaz.co.uk.

By signing this contract, you acknowledge and consent to the use of your personal data as described.

Governing Law.

This contract is governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising from or relating to this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

Severability.

If any part of this contract is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains fully effective. Invalid parts will be replaced with provisions that reflect the original intent as closely as possible.

Waiver.

The waiver by either party of a breach of any provision of this Agreement by the other party will not operate or be construed as a waiver of any other or subsequent breach by such party.

Changes to the Contract.

I may make reasonable changes to the contract terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes in writing. If you do not accept the new terms, services may be terminated.

Entire Agreement.

This document represents the full agreement between us. Any previous discussions or agreements are replaced by this contract. Changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
