  • If you can’t find a suitable time, feel free to contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

  • You can make changes or cancel your appointment through your online account up to 72 hours before your scheduled time. After that, you need to contact us directly.

  • Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure all appointments.

  • Appointments can typically be booked up to 2 months in advance. If you're looking for an appointment further out, get in touch, and we’ll do our best to help you secure a time.

  • Feel free to reach out and enquire! We do offer bespoke colouring options if your needs don’t quite fit within our published services.

    However, there are a couple of areas we believe other stylists are better suited for, such as vivids, highly technical haircuts and curly cuts.

    Here’s a list of services we do not offer:

    • Kids’ cuts

    • Dry cuts

    • Barbering

    • Hair up (special occasion styling)

    • Perming
